One paid engagement covers 8 years of DDH.

Consultants spend hours per engagement on the same supporting work: rate math, scope estimates, AI-drafted SOWs, client deliverables, quarterly tax. DDH consolidates all of it into 266 dashboards on one login so the math behind the engagement stops eating the engagement.

What you actually use it for

Three workflows the consultants crowd hits first. Plus 263 more dashboards behind the same login.

Rate, scope and quote dashboards

Freelance Rate Calculator + Freelance Quote Builder + Sponsorship Rate Card live on one login. Run a new SOW estimate in 4 minutes instead of opening three spreadsheets and a calc app.

AI-drafted SOWs, status updates and deliverables

Save your standard SOW template, status update, scope-change memo and end-of-engagement summary into the Prompt Studio library. Re-run on the next client in 20 seconds.

Per-engagement profitability + quarterly tax

The Client Project Profitability Tracker tells you which engagements are actually paying. The Quarterly Tax Planner tells you what you owe the IRS. Both update as you type — no spreadsheet re-builds.

The per-engagement math

Typical consulting engagement
$5,000 – $15,000
DDH Pro annual cost
$190 / year
Engagements needed to pay for DDH for a year
< 4% of one engagement
Time saved per engagement on supporting math + drafting
4 – 8 hours
Your blended hourly value
usually $150 – $400 / hour

One engagement covers ~8 years of DDH. The time it saves on the next engagement covers the year again.

Dashboards built into the same login

Questions consultants ask before signing up

I already have a rate I charge. Why do I need a calculator?+
You don't — for the rate you already charge. The dashboards earn their keep when you're scoping a new offer, considering a day-rate-vs-retainer switch, pricing a SaaS add-on, or estimating quarterly tax on a year that includes a large engagement. They model the question; you make the call.
Will this work for a non-US consultant?+
Most dashboards (rate, scope, profitability, AI drafting, P&L, expense) are jurisdiction-agnostic. The tax-specific tools are US-focused — they're useful as a structural reference outside the US but won't give you a correct local number. Everything else translates.
How is this different from Notion / Coda?+
Notion and Coda are blank canvases — powerful, but you build everything. DDH is the opposite: every dashboard is already built and ready (rate, quote, profitability, tax, P&L, 261 others). You type your numbers in and get the answer. Use it alongside Notion, not instead of it.
Can I share dashboards with a client?+
You can export any dashboard view to PDF/CSV and drop it in your client deliverable. Live shareable client dashboards (read-only links) are on the Teams / Enterprise tiers if you want clients reading the same screen you are.
What if my model preference changes (Claude → GPT → Gemini)?+
Prompt Studio is engine-first — your saved prompt library is portable across models. Swap the underlying model with a dropdown; your prompts, your library, your settings all carry over. You're never locked into one vendor's prompt format.
