For solo & small-firm attorneys · 14-day free trial · no card

Recover 6+ billable hours every month from admin work.

Solo and small-firm attorneys lose hours every week to expense tracking, quarterly tax math, client intake math and basic AI prompt-writing. DDH consolidates that surface area into 266 dashboards on one login — so the hours you reclaim are billable hours.

What you actually use it for

Three workflows the lawyers crowd hits first. Plus 263 more dashboards behind the same login.

Quarterly self-employed tax planning

The Freelance Quarterly Tax Planner runs your federal + state estimate by bracket, after deductions, and stores it across the year. No more April 14th panic spreadsheet.

Client intake & pipeline math

The Client Pipeline CRM dashboard tracks every consult, retainer and engagement — with a profitability number per matter. Stop guessing which intake source actually pays.

AI-drafted intake responses & client memos

Prompt Studio lets you save a clean, attorney-reviewed template once (intake reply, status update, scope memo), then re-run it on any client in seconds. Your model of choice (Claude, GPT, Gemini), your saved guardrails, your library.

Questions lawyers ask before signing up

Is DDH practice-management software?+
No — and that's the point. Practice-management software (Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) is the system of record for matters and trust accounting. DDH sits next to it as the dashboard layer: tax math, expense ledgers, intake pipeline math, AI drafting. You keep your PM system; DDH replaces the eleven spreadsheets around it.
How does this handle confidential client data?+
Most dashboards run entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter never leave your device. The Prompt Studio routes through whichever model you already trust (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) using your own API key or session, so confidentiality is governed by that vendor's terms, not ours. We never sell or share your inputs — see /privacy.
Does it understand attorney trust accounting?+
DDH does not manage IOLTA / trust accounts — that belongs in your practice-management or accounting software. DDH covers the surrounding operating-account work: expenses, quarterly tax estimates, revenue forecasts, AI drafting, intake-source ROI.
Can I write off the subscription?+
For most US solo attorneys, business-software subscriptions are an ordinary and necessary business expense — your accountant will know the right line. Save your monthly receipt in the dashboard's built-in expense tracker and the deduction takes one click.
What if I only practice 20 hours a week?+
Pricing doesn't scale by hours — Pro is $19/mo whether you bill 20 hours a week or 60. If you bill fewer hours, the math is even better: every hour you reclaim from admin is a larger share of your week.
