You can ask us to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us from your account email with the subject "Delete my account."
We'll confirm and then erase your profile and saved data, typically within a few business days. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first (or ask us to) so you're not billed again — see Cancel, pause, or downgrade.
