Why body doubling works for ADHD: the implied accountability of another person present quiets the part of the brain that resists starting. You don't need them to do anything โ just to be there. This tool simulates that presence.

Pick blocks you can actually finish. 60/10 is the default, but if 60 feels impossible today, drop to 25/5. A finished short block beats an abandoned long one.

Honour the check-in. When the modal pops, actually pause and answer it. That micro-reflection is what stops a 60-minute block from silently becoming a 3-hour hyperfocus spiral.
