π§ What has your brain dropped lately?
ADHD object permanence means that if you can't see something, it doesn't exist β items go missing, people go uncheckd-in-on, commitments vanish. Log them here and set a resurfacing cadence. The tool does the remembering so your working memory doesn't have to.
1
Log it below: name the thing, pick a type, and set how often you need a nudge.
2
Check "Due Now" daily β anything overdue its cadence rises to the top automatically.
3
Mark "I saw it" when handled β the clock resets and it sinks back until next time.

π‘ How To Use & Why It Works
π§
What is ADHD object permanence? Neurotypical brains keep a background "list" of important things even when not looking at them. ADHD brains largely don't. Something goes out of sight and it ceases to feel real β leading to dropped promises, forgotten people, misplaced items. This tool offloads that background list to software.
π
Set the cadence honestly. "Every 3 days" works for most items. Use 1 day for something urgent, 7β14 for low-stakes stuff. The goal is a nudge just before it would have caused a problem β not so frequent it becomes noise you scroll past.
π§
Add people you care about. ADHD makes maintaining relationships hard β not because you don't care, but because "out of sight, out of mind" applies to people too. Set a 7β14 day cadence for friends/family so you get a prompt to reach out before months pass silently.
β
Commitments are promises with a decay timer. "I said I'd do X" evaporates from ADHD working memory within hours. Log it here with a short cadence (1β3 days) until it's done, then mark it seen or delete it.
