How To Use
Track stock, spot problems, reorder smart
🚀 Getting Started
1
Add Products
Name, current stock count, unit cost, and sales per week.
2
See Days of Stock
Auto-calculated: current stock ÷ weekly sales = days until stockout.
3
Act on Alerts
Red = reorder now. Blue = dead stock. Green = healthy.
4
Update Weekly
Adjust stock counts as you receive and sell inventory.
📊 Terms Made Simple
Days of Stock: How many days until you run out at current sales pace. Under 14 = reorder soon.
Reorder Point: When stock drops low enough to trigger a reorder alert. Default: 14 days of stock.
Dead Stock: Products selling less than 1 unit per week. They're tying up cash — discount or drop them.
Sell-Through Rate: How fast inventory moves. Higher = healthier business.
