What this means in plain English
Your guest list dashboard shows your confirmed headcount at a glance — who's coming, who's still pending, and what your caterer needs to know.
What you should do next
- Chase every "pending" RSVP personally — a quick text gets 3× more responses than another email.
- Share your confirmed headcount with the caterer at least 2 weeks before the final deadline to lock pricing.
- Mark anyone still pending after the RSVP deadline as "Declined" so your numbers stay realistic.
- Export the meal summary from the Meal tab and send it directly to your caterer — no manual counting needed.

How To Use
Manage your wedding guest list without losing your mind
🚀 Getting Started
1
Add Your Guests
Enter each guest with their name, RSVP status, meal choice, plus-one, and table number. The dashboard updates in real-time.
2
Track RSVPs
Update RSVP status as responses come in. The dashboard shows confirmed, pending, and declined counts. Chase pending RSVPs 2 weeks before the deadline.
3
Finalize Meals
The meal summary gives your caterer exact counts per option. Print this and hand it to them — no more guessing.
4
Assign Tables
Set table numbers for each guest. The table view groups them so you can visualize the seating arrangement.
📊 Terms Made Simple
RSVP: "Répondez s'il vous plaît" — French for "please respond." Guests confirm (Yes), decline (No), or haven't replied yet (Pending). Chase pending guests 2 weeks before deadline.
Plus-One (+1): An additional guest your invitee can bring. Each plus-one adds to your headcount AND your catering cost. Be strategic about who gets +1 privileges.
Catering Count: The final number of meals your caterer needs to prepare. This should only include confirmed guests (RSVP Yes). Caterers typically need final counts 1-2 weeks before the event.
Table Assignment: Which table number each guest sits at. Standard rounds fit 8-10 guests. Keep friend groups together, separate feuding relatives, and put the bridal party near the head table.
